Dr Caleb and Dr Louise have four children: Sara, Hannah, Caleb Jr., and Lydia. Sara, Hannah, and Caleb attend Shyira Primary School in the morning and are home schooled by Louise during the afternoon. Lydia is not old enough for school, but she is learning as well. She is picking up a lot of Kinyarwanda from the King’s house staff and locals. The children have successfully made the transition from life in America to life in Shyira and have all made Rwandan friends. They enjoy playing outdoors (soccer is a favorite) and listening to books on CD. They always look forward to Friday nights (movie night) and receiving care packages from America.
