Sara (age 12) was born September 30, 1995. She attends Shyira Primary School in the morning to learn Kinyarwanda, French, Math, and Science. She is in the 3rd grade. In the afternoons, she is home schooled by Louise. Her favorite things about Rwanda are playing in CE.FO.PS’s (the local technical school) garden, playing games during school recess, and being able to go on walks alone without her parents having to worry about her. The things she misses most about America are her friends and different kinds of food. She enjoys reading, writing, playing her recorder, and drawing.
